I dreamed a dream
Of endless blue skies high above the ocean waves lulling on
the white sandy shores - slowly breaking then receding into
the ocean's bed; Of boats drifting on the massive expanse of
the turquoise waters and sea gulls squawking & circling high
in the salty breeze, before swooping into the luscious waters
in frenzied dives...
I dreamed a dream
Of the sunset - smudges of fiery orange, flaming red & deep
purple paint blended on blue canvas - exhibiting beauty of
the most astounding and of the most spectacular in the entire
cosmos; Of soft pink-pearled shells scattered on every patch
of the golden shores and now in perfect glow with the evening
light...
I dreamed a dream
Of the howling wind daring the silence of the night and of the
wild ocean waves crashing against the massive dumb rocks
that lined the endless coast; And of seagulls huddled together
on an off-shore Island - beaks tucked in the soft feathers of
their bosoms as waves of sleep washed over them...
I dreamed a dream
Of a perfect day far beyond at sea, scenes so spectacular and
of the most beautiful in the entire cosmos...
